The Strathcona Vintage Tractor Association (SVTA) is a non-profit society that was formed in 2005 to provide a club for residents in and around Strathcona County interested in the preservation of Alberta's agricultural history. Our members share a common interest in collecting and preserving vintage tractors, farm machinery and implements, garden tractors, stationary engines, farm tools, farm toys and other collectable agricultural items.

Our club's home base is at Strathcona County's Pointe-aux-Pins Acres site (formerly the Bremner Farm) just northeast of Sherwood Park alongside Rg Rd 225.  We host our annual Vintage Tractor Pull & Show at that location every August.  Vintage farming activities happen at Pointe aux Pins Acres and also on 50 acres of leased land further east on Rg Rd 221.

We regularly participate in local activities such as parades, displays, and other events in support of other community groups.  At Christmas, we donate financial support to local charitable organizations. We also host a number of family friendly social events throughout the year. With an ever-growing membership, we welcome anyone interested in antique farm equipment, farming history and vintage tractor pulling to check us out.

If you are interested in joining the club, please visit our membership page.

Our 19th annual SVTA Vintage Tractor Pull & Show is coming the weekend of August 24 & 25, 2024.
