General Meetings - Our monthly general meetings are held at the Ardrossan Memorial Hall (alongside Rg Rd 222) on the third Tuesday of each month. Meetings start at 7:00 PM and we encourage members to attend as well as visitors and guests. Our April meeting also serves as our Annual General Meeting when we elect a new slate of executive & director positions for 2024-25. This year's dates include March 19, April 16, May 21, June 18, July 16, August 20, September 17, and October 15.
Executive & Director Meetings - Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at the Community Center in Sherwood Park starting at 7:00 PM. This year's dates include March 5, April 2, May 7, June 4, July 2, August 6, September 3, October 1, and November 5.
February 25 - SVTA field trip to the DFI plant in Edmonton
March 2 - SVTA field trip to the Intelliflex facility in Acheson Industrial Park
June 15 - Ardrossan Parade & Picnic
June 23 - Ukrainian Village Vintage Days
July 1 - Canada Day Parade in Fort Saskatchewan
August 17 & 18 - Alberta Open Farm Days display at the Jackson Farm
August 24 & 25 - 19th Annual Tractor Pull & Show at Pointe aux Pins Acres
