Tractor Pull & Show
This year our club's home base will move further north on the Pointe aux Pins site (formerly the Bremner Farm). That will be a short distance north of the Bremner Mansion yard & orchard and our current north hay field.
Last August we had 130 pulls each day in our ten weight classes from under 2500 lbs (Ultra Flyweight) to 12000 lbs (Class 6). We have 4 weight classes for snaller tractors under 4000 pounds and a drive-on electronic scale for determining tractor-with-operator weight.
Vintage tractors must be "stock" 1960 and older to compete for prizes, however non-stock vintage tractors can participate in demonstration pulls. There are no fees for pulling but participants must be current club members.
The link below lists information for a number of vintage tractor pull and show events in Alberta for 2024. It has not yet been updated from last year but eventually will be as information is made available to the site's organizers through the season.
